Welcome to the B&H Derby team, we have a wealth of knowledge, qualifications and industry experience, all our staff are IPC610 and IPC620 certified from Zita that will greet you in reception to Pearce our junior fitter, as well as all our support staff and the guys in the build areas.

About me
Proud father of two grown up daughters, one finishing her Law Masters and the other completing a degree in electrical design.
Experience
Apprentice trained tool maker, moved to quality management and new product introduction for Ford Motor Company eventually becoming the technical manager for under bonnet plastics. 17 years at Rolls-Royce both Aerospace (Turbines UK and US) and Submarines and now operations director for Brown & Holmes Derby. BEng, MEng, PhD.

Massive Welsh rugby fan, love being back home in Wales with my dog walking on the beach or up a mountain.

I am the son of a former Naval Officer, and an engineer in my grandfather’s footsteps.

I have been a mechanical fitter at B&H Derby for just over 12 months now, having served my apprenticeship in the Royal Engineers as a heavy engine fitter. Before joining B&H I worked in the rail plant and the crushing industry.
